By accessing or using the Nexus AI platform, API, or any associated services (collectively "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity under your account.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
API keys are credentials that authenticate requests on your behalf. You are solely responsible for securing your API keys. Compromised keys must be revoked immediately via the dashboard. Nexus AI is not liable for unauthorized use of keys you fail to secure.
Fees are charged based on usage (tokens processed) plus any applicable plan fees. All fees are due monthly in advance. Overages are billed at the end of each billing period. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant Nexus AI a limited license to process your content to provide the Services. Nexus AI retains all rights to the platform, models, and infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or extended non-payment. You may close your account at any time.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
