Nexus AI, Inc. ("Nexus AI", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Nexus AI platform, including our API services, developer tools, and website (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our Services.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including account registration data (name, email address, organization), billing information processed through our payment processor, API keys and usage metadata, and support communications.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; process transactions and send related billing information; monitor API usage for rate limiting and abuse prevention; and communicate with you about products, services, and promotions.
By default, we do not use the content of your API requests to train our models. Request payloads may be logged for a limited period (30 days) for abuse detection and security monitoring. You may request deletion of your request logs at any time.
We retain account data for the duration of your account plus 90 days following deletion. API request logs are retained for 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by applicable law (typically 7 years).
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), and access controls limiting employee access to production systems.
